Bubble Machine

My boys have been playing with our bubble machine a lot this week.  It has been nice outside and they love playing with bubbles.  That little toy was a smart purchase.  It keeps them entertained and usually attractions some neighbor kids too.  Being the boys that they are, they like to pretend that the bubbles are bad and they have to destroy them.

I started my first Sunday playing the piano for the primary.  I have had that calling before and enjoyed it so hopefully I will enjoy it this time around too.  Stephen is calling free for now.  We enjoyed having Vance around today since he was out for Memorial Day.  We still had to send Stephen off to work so we will just enjoy the holiday pay he'll get.  :)

Field Trip

Vance went with the first graders in his school to the Aquarium.  Boy, was he excited.  He made sure he wore his shark shirt.  His chaperone was kind enough to give him a penny he could squish in a machine.  I know you can't see it, but it has a sting ray on it.  He loves sting rays.  He was very excited to tell us about it.  We took them last Summer so I had a clue of what he was talking about.  :)
Porter was hanging on his Dad one day and it was too cute not to take a picture of and share.  He does love his Daddy.

Happy Mother's Day!

I hope everyone has a Happy Mother's Day!  I have been richly blessed by so many mothers and their examples in my life.  I also feel greatly blessed to be the mother of 3 beautiful boys.  Vance made me 3 different things and Tanner drew me a picture.  Best of all though was receiving their hugs with a Happy Mother's Day and them telling me that they love me.
Stephen took this picture while we were waiting for Vance to join us.
Here I am with my 3 boys.  They are so handsome!
Here is a picture of me with my mom on Mother's Day in 2009.

The Many Faces of Tanner, Superheros, and Silly Vance

Let me present the many faces of Tanner.
The pictures are not the best because I was snapping them as he played, but I had to share what I get to watch as he plays.  He is pretty entertaining to watch.

Let me now present our little Super Hero.
He insisted that he needed to wear his cape outside one day because it made him faster.

Let me now present my silly Vance, who is at school all day so I don't get as many opportunities to take his picture as the other two.

I have been loving the Spring weather!  Hooray, hooray!  Sometimes I just enjoy letting the kids play outside while I take pictures.  I should study up on how to be a better photographer.
